RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At FineArtique, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

2. Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or refund after review.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was damaged or incorrect).

4. Return Shipping
